By accessing, browsing, or using the Preparoo website and platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Preparoo is an educational platform designed to help candidates prepare for the CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst®) examinations. Our services include study materials, practice questions, mock exams, and other learning resources. The platform is intended for educational purposes only and does not guarantee any specific exam results.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments, Pricing & Refunds

Free Tier. Preparoo offers a free tier that provides access to select mock exams, practice questions, flashcards, and study notes at no cost. We encourage all users to explore the free tier before making a purchase to ensure the platform meets their needs.

Paid Plans. Paid plans are available as a one-time payment. Upon successful payment, access to the purchased plan is granted immediately.

No Refunds. All purchases are final. Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital content access, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a payment has been processed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the platform through the free tier prior to purchasing.

Payment Processing. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Preparoo does not store your payment card details. If a payment is deducted but access is not granted due to a technical failure, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Pricing. Preparoo reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect existing purchases. We do not offer price matching, retroactive adjustments, or promotional credits for past purchases.

Access Duration. Paid plan access is valid for the immediately next CFA Level I examination window following the date of purchase. If you do not pass, you may request an extension by contacting [email protected] with reasonable evidence of your exam result (e.g., CFA Institute result notification). Extension requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion. Access is not automatically extended.

Service Availability

Preparoo strives to maintain reliable access to the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily limits access. Preparoo shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Preparoo platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Preparoo or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written consent.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
